i had a poinsettia one and every time it danced it made this really mechanical whirring noise like reeee-reeeee-rrrrrrrrrrr-reeeeeee-reeeeee
maybe it needed a tune up.
or maybe it hated mechanically dancing to only the annie soundtrack and hippo in the bathtub by anne murray.
