oh, deer

one of the two times we left the cottage on our honeymoon was to try and find the mont tremblant national park, a task we sadly failed at. however we did have the nicest fall drive up these winding scenic roads so i think one point for that whole 'it's the journey not the destination' theory.

and we saw this guy. just hanging out at the side of the road.

i was like 'sweetie pull over now' real stealth like and jeremy did it without even asking why and i opened the car door and walked towards it and it didn't run and it stayed long enough for me to take it's picture and then it did that funny deer bouncing business back off into the woods. it was like an awesome nature bonding moment.

me and nature are sometimes tight like that.
