i just love them so much.
i love how the meat mixes with the special powder sauce to make a drippy juicy tasty taco bottom. i love the cold fresh crunch of lettuce and tomatoes. i love the creamy bad for you taste of sour cream and how the shredded cheese sorta melts from the heat of the ground beef. i love that every time we eat them, jeremy and i discuss how best to layer the stuff into the shell. and i love that every year for all my birthdays growing up my mom made them for me (even though she's a great great cook and probably was insulted i was asking for something that comes as a kit in a box).
GO TACOS GO!
i also love how you can put all the same ingredients into a tortilla wrap and have a burrito, or dump it on top of corn chips and have nachos. so versatile! way to multi-task, tacos. don't forget to put that on your resume.
