step one: announce to your coworkers that you're not happy with your own desk chair.step two: ask if they'd mind if you took their chairs for a spin.
step three: yell loudly "this is too hard!" after testing chair number one.
step four: yell just as loudly "this is too soft!" after testing chair number two.
step five: yell loudly, (but with joy), "this is juuuust right!" after testing chair number three.
step six: offer your old chair to chair number three's owner as a gesture of goodwill.
